Form submissions are processed by our host (Netlify). The submission payload may include technical fields like IP address and user-agent for abuse mitigation. We use contact details only for follow‑up on your report and do not share them with third parties. To request deletion of a submission, email kbassphiladelphia@gmail.com with the Page URL and approximate submission time.
