Email Correspondence Archive¶
This section contains primary email correspondence between Kevin Bass and Texas Tech University System officials, the Texas Attorney General's Office, and federal agencies regarding public records requests and case proceedings.
Redaction Notice

How to Read Threads¶
What counts as a thread: Each thread groups related emails by subject line. A single exchange may span multiple days.
Delivery failures: Threads 13, 14, 17–20, 22–23 document delivery failures when email addresses were non-functional or rejected messages. These are preserved as evidence of attempted contact.
Thread numbering: Threads are numbered chronologically by the date of the first email in the sequence.
Attachments: Where emails contained attachments, these are linked from the thread page or indexed separately in Documents.
