Subject: Right to respond — provision of my hearing recording / integrity questions
Content¶
Dear Ms. Harkey,
I intend to publish on October 9th, 2025 that you oversaw/arranged
provision of my December 11, 2023 hearing recording for my review
session and that based on my memory certain statements I recall from
the hearing were not present in the recording I was allowed to access.
I will state that I am pursuing FERPA/TPIA to obtain the native file
and audit history to verify integrity. Please respond by October 9th,
10 AM CST to:
1. Did OGC review, handle, or direct handling of the recording before my review?
2. Was the file converted, excerpted, or redacted for my session?
3. Who is the system owner/custodian of the native file, and what
integrity records (hash/audit logs) exist?
4. When was my request to review the recording received, when was it
fulfilled, and what accounted for the elapsed time?
Your reply will be published verbatim in a “Responses” appendix.
