Brontë,
Please provide the AG control/file number(s) and the date/time your
§552.301 request for decision was transmitted/received. Identify the
specific exceptions asserted, whether representative samples were
provided, and whether §552.305 third-party notices were issued (to
whom and when).
Pending the ruling, continue to segregate and release all non-excepted
records on a rolling basis per §552.221. If you contend nothing can be
released before the ruling, specify each exception and explain why
redaction won’t suffice.
