Note: This follows my 10/21/2025 5:00 p.m. CT deadline, which passed
without confirmation.

On Oct 19, 2025 I requested a name-clearing hearing and set a response
deadline of Tue, Oct 21, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. CT to confirm you would
convene the hearing within 14 days (by Nov 4, 2025). That deadline has
passed without confirmation.

Please identify the scheduling official and provide a proposed
date/time for the hearing by 12:00 p.m. CT on Wed, Oct 22, 2025. If
you contend I do not qualify for a name-clearing hearing, please state
the reasons and controlling authority in writing by that same time.
The ADA/§504 interactive process I opened with SDS remains active.
