Following up on my December 9, 2025 email regarding the replacement 50% deposit for TTUS's November 3, 2025 cost estimate. I hand-delivered the replacement check for $1,934.55 to the TTUS office on December 9, 2025.
Please confirm in writing:
that TTUS received the replacement check and has applied it as the 50% deposit for the November 3, 2025 estimate;
the date the replacement check was deposited/posted (or whether there is any issue with processing it);
whether TTUS contends any returned-check/processing fee is owed (if so, please itemize and invoice); and
the expected date/time for the first Phase-1 release or inspection appointment (or the §552.221(c) active-use/storage certification with an appointment date).
