Dear TTUHSC Records Custodians and Counsel,

I'm following up regarding my Preservation Notice sent Monday, Oct 6,
2025, 9:30 AM CT. As of 5:30 AM CT, Tuesday, Oct 7, 2025, I have not
received the requested acknowledgment confirming that the hold is in
place or identifying the point of contact.

Please confirm acknowledgment and the name, title, and direct contact
of the designated point-of-contact by 5:00 PM CT today (Tue, Oct 7).

For the record, the preservation hold described in the Oct 6 notice
remains active and in effect until lifted in writing.
