Dear Dr. Nunez,

I intend to publish on October 9th, 2025 that, as I recall, you stated
during my hearing that part of your motive for testimony included
information you had received about me from someone else, and that this
specific statement is absent from the recording I was allowed to
access during my review session.

I am seeking the native recording to confirm. If you wish to respond,
please email a statement by October 9th, 10 AM CST; I will publish it
verbatim in a "Responses" appendix.
