Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, please produce records
sufficient to show TTUHSC/TTU System's receipt, acknowledgment, and
internal handling of my Preservation Notice sent Oct 6, 2025 at 8:30
AM CT.

Time window: Oct 6, 2025, 8:00 AM CT → time of your receipt of this request.

This includes, without limitation: emails (subject/body/attachments),
Teams/Slack/IM messages, ticketing/help-desk entries, routing/workflow
notices, calendar entries/invites/attendee lists/minutes/notes, and
any custodian or vendor acknowledgments (e.g.,
Microsoft/Zoom/archiving). Please provide records electronically in
native format where feasible.
