and artifacts created after my earlier TPIA submissions (Oct 2–3,
2025) concerning:
Kevin Norris Bass (name/email variants)
My Preservation Notice and any right-to-reply correspondence
P3/SPPCC/professionalism materials/decisions
Transcript/Title IV matters
Hearing recordings/transcripts and any integrity/audit handling
Time window: Oct 3, 2025, 12:30 AM CT → time of your receipt of this request.
Sources/custodians: emails and Teams/Slack/IM/SMS of the PIO/OGC,
Registrar, Student Life/Student Affairs, IT/ITSolutions, relevant
course/program leadership (e.g., MSCI-5120/6120), and any other
custodians routed these topics. Include meeting
invites/agendas/attendee lists/minutes/notes, in-meeting chats,
working files, and message threads.
Please produce in native format where feasible (e.g., .msg/.eml, .pst,
.csv/.xlsx for metadata exports, original file types for documents).
If any portion is unclear or unduly burdensome, identify the specific
burden and propose a reasonable narrowing consistent with Tex. Gov't
Code §§ 552.222 and 552.267.
