Dear TTUHSC Records Custodians and Counsel,

Please be advised I have today submitted an informal complaint to the
Texas Attorney General's Open Records Division regarding TTUHSC's
non-acknowledgment of my Oct 6, 2025 Preservation Notice and
subsequent follow-ups. The AG case identifier is OR-25-046279-IC. The
preservation hold remains active and binding.

Separately, I have submitted a Public Information Act request seeking
records sufficient to show TTUHSC/TTU System's receipt and internal
handling of the Oct 6 notice.
