Third Amended Complaint (TAC) — proposed¶
Submitted with a motion for leave to amend in February 2026, asserting seven claims against eleven defendants arising from the dismissal of Kevin Bass from TTUHSC's medical school and subsequent institutional actions. Leave to file it was denied on March 27, 2026 (Dkt. 42); the operative pleading remains the First Amended Complaint (Dkt. 14). The TAC remains the fullest factual statement of the case and is cited throughout this site.
