Texas Tech Cases in Federal Court¶
This page collects documents from ten federal civil cases in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Lubbock Division, in which Texas Tech University or Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center is a party. Each document is a copy of an entry on that case's public docket. The document descriptions are the docket's own text, shortened.
These are not complete dockets. The complete docket for each case is available from the court through PACER.
Some copies hosted here carry redactions that the court's copies do not: names of private individuals who are not parties were reduced to initials, and home street addresses were removed.
Listing a case here is not a statement about its merits, its outcome, or its relationship to Bass v. TTUHSC.
