Start Here¶
Three ways to navigate this case file depending on how much time you have.
What This Site Is¶
This is a structured repository of primary documents, timelines, and exhibits related to the dismissal of Kevin Bass from TTUHSC's medical program and subsequent due process disputes. It is maintained by Kevin Bass, Ph.D.
This site is:
- A primary-source archive with dated exhibits and correspondence
- Designed for independent verification by courts, journalists, and researchers
- Updated as new records are obtained
This site is NOT:
- Legal advice
- An exhaustive account (some records remain pending)
- A substitute for reading the primary documents yourself
For our approach to privacy and sensitive information, see the Redaction & Ethics Policy.

Quick Questions¶
Where are the primary documents?
All exhibits are indexed at Documents. Each document page includes the date, parties, summary, and links to source files where available. Email correspondence is organized by thread at Correspondence.
How do I know what's verified vs. pending?
Each item on the site includes status labels:
- Confirmed — Document published and available
- Disputed — Multiple accounts exist
- Pending — Record requested but not yet produced
See Record vs. Reality for how these are applied.
How are redactions handled?
Personal contact information and sensitive identifiers not essential to public understanding are removed. The approach is documented in the Redaction & Ethics Policy.
How do I submit a correction?
Email kbassphiladelphia@gmail.com with the page URL, the specific text to correct, and supporting documentation. Substantiated errors are corrected and annotated. See the Corrections page for the full process.
What records are still pending?
The Process Dashboard tracks all open requests, their status, and next steps. Key pending items include:
- FERPA request for hearing recording (filed Dec 2025)
- Multiple TPIA requests under AG review
- FERPA complaint filed with DOE (Dec 19, 2025)
Where can I find the full FAQ?
See the FAQ page for additional questions and answers about the case and how to use this site.
If You Came From Substack¶
The essays on Forbidden Science (Kevin Bass's Substack) contain personal narrative and commentary. This hub is different:
- Substack essays = interpretation, personal voice, broader context
- This hub = primary sources, structured evidence, verifiable claims
If you want to understand the documentary basis for claims made in the essays:
- Part I — The Record — Companion reader with exhibit links
- Part II — The Motivation — Companion reader with exhibit links
Both pages include disclaimers and link back to the full Substack essays.
