Three ways to navigate this case file depending on how much time you have.

What This Site Is

This is a structured repository of primary documents, timelines, and exhibits related to the dismissal of Kevin Bass from TTUHSC's medical program and subsequent due process disputes. It is maintained by Kevin Bass, Ph.D.

This site is:

  • A primary-source archive with dated exhibits and correspondence
  • Designed for independent verification by courts, journalists, and researchers
  • Updated as new records are obtained

This site is NOT:

  • Legal advice
  • An exhaustive account (some records remain pending)
  • A substitute for reading the primary documents yourself

For our approach to privacy and sensitive information, see the Redaction & Ethics Policy.
