PLAINTIFF'S NOTICE OF FILING CORRECTED APPENDIX IN SUPPORT OF OBJECTIONS TO THE MAGISTRATE JUDGE'S FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS, AND RECOMMENDATION REGARDING PRELIMINARY INJUNCTIVE RELIEF Plaintiff Kevin N. Bass, Ph.D., proceeding pro se, files this Notice to inform the Court that he is filing a corrected appendix in support of his "Objections to the Magistrate Judge's Findings, Conclusions, and Recommendation Regarding Preliminary Injunctive Relief, and Brief in Support" (ECF No. 8) (the "Objections and Brief"). The exhibits previously filed with the Objections and Brief (the combined appendix attached to ECF No. 8) contained mis-numbered exhibits and inconsistent labels and did not fully comply with Local Civil Rule 7.1(i)'s requirement of a self-contained, sequentially paginated appendix. The corrected appendix filed with this Notice: (a) renumbers and organizes the exhibits as Exhibits 1-7 and W; (b) adds a table of contents that identifies each exhibit and its appendix page range; and (c) numbers each page of the appendix sequentially in the lower right corner, in compliance with Local Civil Rule 7.1(i). No new exhibits and no new substantive argument have been added. The documents in the corrected appendix are the same materials previously submitted, re-organized and re-labeled to assist the Court in locating the evidence cited in Plaintiff's Objections and Brief. On the same day this Notice and corrected appendix are filed, Plaintiff is also serving the summons, Verified Complaint, the Objections and Brief (ECF No. 8), and all related notices and supporting materials on all named Defendants by methods permitted under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4. Plaintiff will file proofs of service when they are available.
