SECOND AMENDED COMPLAINT
Before the Court is Plaintiff’s Motion for Leave to File Second
Amended Complaint. The Court GRANTS the motion.
The Proposed Second Amended Complaint attached as Exhibit A to
the motion is deemed filed as of the date of this Order. See
N.D. Tex. LR 15.1(b). The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to file the
amended pleading.
