The TTUHSC Student Handbook stipulates that my review of your appeal is to consider: i. Whether a procedural deviation occurred that substantially affected the outcome of the case; ii. Whether there is new information sufficient to alter the findings or other relevant facts not available or mentioned in the original hearing because such information or facts were not known to the person appealing at the time of the original Student Conduct Board Hearing. I have reviewed the Findings and Recommendations of the Student Conduct Board and all supporting documents from the December 11th Student Conduct Hearing. I have reviewed your appeal letter and the documents you submitted that were not provided to the Conduct Board during the hearing. After a comprehensive review of the procedures of the Student Conduct Board, including events that led up to the consolidated hearing, I do not find that a procedural deviation occurred that substantially affected the outcome of your case. After a comprehensive review of the documents you submitted with your appeal letter to the Provost on January 4th, I do not find that new information exists to sufficiently alter the findings reviewed in the original hearing.
