PLAINTIFF'S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR BRIEF EXTENSION OF TIME
Plaintiff Kevin N. Bass, pro se, respectfully requests a brief extension
of [3/7] days to file his Response to Defendants' Motion to Dismiss
(Doc. 27), for the following reasons:
1. Plaintiff is a pro se litigant preparing multiple filings, including
a Response brief, supporting Appendix, and Motion for Leave to File
a Third Amended Complaint with exhibits.
2. Plaintiff requires a brief additional period to finalize these filings.
3. No party will be prejudiced by a short extension.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests that the Court extend the deadline to
respond to Doc. 27 by [3/7] days, to [DATE].
