ORDER GRANTING LEAVE TO FILE SECOND AMENDED COMPLAINT
Before the Court is Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to File Second Amended Complaint
(Dkt. No. ___). Having considered the motion, the proposed Second Amended Complaint, and
the applicable law, the Court finds that the proposed amendment complies with Federal Rule of
Civil Procedure 8 and that leave should be granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiff's motion is GRANTED. The Clerk shall
file the Second Amended Complaint attached as Exhibit A to Plaintiff's motion as the operative
complaint in this action. Defendants shall respond to the Second Amended Complaint within the
time prescribed by the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
