R. Civ. P. 306a(5) and Motion for New Trial under Tex. R. Civ. P. 329b, together with all exhibits, rulings, and argument on the record at that hearing. Appellant designates the entire proceeding of that hearing (no portions omitted). See Tex. R. App. P. 34.6(b)(1). If any other on-the-record proceeding occurred in this cause that you believe should be included for a complete record, please advise. Payment. Appellant is responsible for the cost of the reporter's record and will pay your fee or make satisfactory arrangements for payment. Please provide a written estimate of the preparation cost and your required payment terms at your earliest convenience, so arrangements can be completed and documented to the Court of Appeals, which has requested written documentation of payment arrangements on or before July 13, 2026. See Tex. R. App. P. 34.6(b)(1), 35.3(b)(3). The reporter's record is currently due in the Court of Appeals on July 24, 2026.
