FINAL JUDGMENT
For the reasons stated in the Court’s Order, Dkt. No. 60, it is hereby ordered,
adjudged, and decreed that the plaintiff’s claims against all of the defendants are dismissed.
The plaintiff’s claims for declaratory relief under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (RA) and
claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are dismissed without prejudice
for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction. All other claims are dismissed with prejudice.
The Clerk of Court is directed to close the case.
So ordered on September 23, 2026.
