Before the Court is the defendants' Unopposed Motion for Extension to File

Response to Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint. Dkt. No. 12. For the reasons stated in
the motion, the motion is granted. The defendants shall have until July 21, 2023, to file a

response to the plaintiff's First Amended Complaint. Any responsive pleading filed by July
21, 2023, shall be deemed timely.
