Before the Court is Plaintiffs Unopposed Motion for Withdrawal and Substitution of

Counsel. Dkt. No. 26. The Court grants the motion. Matthew H. Davis is substituted as
counsel for attomey Ramon Hemandez. William A. Brewer shall remain lead counsel for
the plaintiff. Mr. Hemandez is relieved of his obligations and duties to this Court as counsel

for the plaintiff in this case.
