The X Record — 2022¶

These are Kevin Bass's own public posts on X, presented as primary-source context for the speech at issue in this case — not as legal conclusions about any party. Text and like-counts were retrieved from X's public syndication service on 2026-08-05, or — where marked (from archive export) — from the author's own X data archive (exported 2026-08-05). Each entry links to the live post. Posts marked unavailable could not be retrieved and are shown from archived screenshots where available.
